Most "bathroom installers" sub-contract half the job. We do it ourselves: the first-fix pipework, the wall build-outs, the plastering, the tiling and grouting, the fitting, the electrics that fit in with our remit, and every seal and silicone bead that keeps it watertight. That's why the finish hangs together.
